Hi ohmisskatie, All deadlines on Creative Allies are written in Pacific Standard Time Zone, or PST (GMT -8). The contest will close to new entries at midnight PST at the end of the posted date (Feb 3).

when and how will be the winners announced?

Hi misa9, Typically the winners are announced within a month of the end of the contest. The band chooses finalists that go into a voting tab on Facebook which runs for a week or two. A Fan Favorite is selected based on the highest number of votes, an Editors' Favorite is selected by our team at Creative Allies, and Moon Taxi will pick an overall winner. The Fan Favorite and Editor's Favorite win a $100 gift certificate to our store. In regard to announcements, all allies that submitted designs for the contest will receive an email with the winners names and links to the winning designs. The winners are also typically announced on Facebook, Twitter and/or in our weekly newsletter.
