Taste of Soul Atlanta (TOSA) is an arts, music, food, and technology festival taking place annually in Atlanta, GA. The team was looking for a way to engage fans online, increase awareness of the event, and create great artwork to support the event.
This contest had two rounds. Since there are so many activities at this festival, the first round involved the artists coming up with a concept. The concept would become the foundation for all of the artwork for the festival. Five finalists were selected and asked to create variations of their concept for all of the various events. Events included a technology summit, a charity road race, an art show, a wine tasting, and the main stage performances.
Once the winner was chosen, the TOSA team had designs for social media artwork, t-shirts and posters for the events.
Since there were two rounds to this contest, the overall engagement lasted around eight weeks. That’s a significant amount of time to use social media and the artwork to increase awareness about this event. Since the Creative Allies community is global, we offer clients a built-in process to increase awareness of their brand.
