Got questions? We’ve got answers.

We’ve yet reach any issues with our bandwidth! One of our key differentiators is that we use a graphic design community to supplement our team when needed. Every designer has their own specialities and it’s important to us to align the right designer for each project. Whether it’s website design or social media assets, we will make sure that we provide the best designer for your job.

We don’t have a fixed hourly rate for our design work as we believe there are several considerations to make before defining a price for your project. Usually, we are doing graphic design services for existing clients which means we already understand the business and the client’s style preferences. However, if you are new to working with us, we prefer to take a little time to get to know you first so that the designs are a great representation of your brand and not just a good design. In addition, we try to identify the number of revisions needed based on the overall goals rather than a standard for every project. Finally, it’s important to understand how the designs will be used and we will offer our guidance on creating designs for specific audiences. While capturing this information may take a little longer, in the long run we find that we’d rather work with client’s that are looking for partners instead of just transaction designers.

We always want to understand your brand and the goals you have in mind. The other important factor is your audience. Our philosophy is that any type of marketing should be created with your audiences’ needs and preferences and not just your own. Lastly, we’ll ask you for your brand guide which would include your font and colors. But don’t worry, if you don’t have any of these, we’ll work with you along the way to create them with you.

This depends on the specifics of each project. However, our team will always define the scope, the revisions that are allowed, and what will be delivered. It’s always good for you to make sure you are clear on these items before you get started with any graphic design vendor. And make it’s in writing!

While the project specifics will define the overall timeline, typically you should expect 1-4 weeks. If your project is small with minimal revisions and you already have your branding requirements, you should expect the lower end of the range. If you have more than one design needed or if you decide to participate in one of our graphic design contests, then you should expect to be on the higher end of that range.

All of our designers are creative obviously. But what makes an outstanding designer is someone who collaborates well with our clients and is able to take their personal preferences out of the picture and focus more on the client’s needs and that of the intended audience. Our designers are supported by our account managers so they don’t need to focus on project plans, meeting dates, or tough conversations with the client. We want our designers to focus on only what they do best which is the creative process.

Since we have a community of designers, we cover many different styles. If you have a preference, we can generally select the right designer to accommodate your project. Also, keep in mind that some designer are much better for logos and others are better for print collateral. We do our best to make sure that the designer we select for your project has the right skills, style, and experience for your needs.

Everyone needs a great logo, whether you are a small business owner, an independent contractor, or in charge of creating a new division for a large brand. Logos are the first visual that your clients see and you need to make a great first impression. Creative Allies can be your one-stop shop for logo design.
